We believe that truly great bread can’t be rushed. That’s why our artisan sourdough is crafted with just four simple ingredients -- flour, filtered water, salt, and our wild yeast starter. Each loaf undergoes a slow, 24-hour fermentation process to develop its signature tang and a deep, caramelized crust. Hand-shaped and baked right here in Bedington, WV, our bread is made the way it was meant to be: with time, intention, and zero preservatives.​​​

If you're craving incredible sourdough goodness and richness, make sure to place your orders by Wednesday at 5 PM so you can enjoy your bread over the weekend!

8 AM until 7 PM.
